Verify account identity

Go to Account menu -> Identification

Fill in the required information and upload a photo of the front/back side of your National Identity Card.

If you select the United States (US) as your country, the screen will display an additional field for entering your Social Security Number (1). This field is optional, and you can choose to enter it or not, but it may affect some of your rights later on. Learn more here.

(2) - A selfie photo of yourself (preferably with a clear face without wearing glasses, hats, etc.), holding your Identity document.

• If you already provide your SSN, please take a selfie while holding your Social Security Card

• If not, hold your National ID card (ID card) instead.
