# Account security: Enable/disable two-factor authentication

Download the Google Authenticator application on the App Store or CH Play depending on the phone using the iOS operating system (download [here](https://apps.apple.com/vn/app/google-authenticator/id388497605?l=en)) or Android (download [here](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2\&hl=en\&gl=US\&pli=1))

Go to **Account** -> **Security** to enable/disable two-factor authentication

### Enable two-factor authentication:

**Google Authenticator -> Enable**

Open the downloaded Google Authenticator app and scan the QR code or enter the alphanumeric key manually.

After scanning the QR code or entering the lock code, you will see a 6-digit lock code

Enter the 6-digit key code on the Google Authenticator app into the **OTP Code** section and press **Confirm** to complete

### Turn off 2-factor authentication:

**Google Authenticator -> Disable**

Enter OTP from Google Authenticator app -> **Confirm**
